Refunds

Change of mind is no problem with the Meadowstone Lane return service. We want you to feel comfortable purchasing with the knowledge you can return an item if you are not happy for a full refund. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, use our easy returns portal at https://return.meadowstonelane.com. After lodging your return, you can purchase a discounted Royal Mail return label.  Your item can be dropped at any Post Office with the purchased label attached. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full purchase value excluding freight onto your original payment method. Your refund will be issued within 2 working days of the return reaching our returns centre. Please note, it could take a further 3-4 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used. Pre-paid returns labels are only valid in the UK.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will honour our responsibilities under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act. This gives the option for items that are faulty to be repaired or replaced, and if neither can take place, then a refund for the total value of the item including freight will be issued, or an alternate product may be offered.  

Warranty Returns Policy
We will adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between Meadowstone Lane and the customer when a purchase is made.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
